Online orders are placed through our Square store, and Square shows you the pickup times we can actually fill. The terms below apply to any order you place with us.

Order ahead.

Baking takes time and the store is closed Sunday and Monday, so orders need a couple of days’ notice. Square will only offer you times we can meet.

Pick up during store hours.

Tuesday–Friday noon–5 PM, Saturday 10 AM–5 PM, Central Time. We’re closed Sunday and Monday.

There’s a 30-minute grace period.

If your pickup is at 4:00 PM, we hold the order until 4:30. Running late? Call (605) 520-2932 — but the grace period is the end of the window, not the start of a negotiation.

Late cancellations and missed pickups.

Cancellations inside 24 hours of pickup are nonrefundable. Orders not collected by the end of the grace period may be resold, with no refund or replacement. Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead? Call us and we’ll sort it out. None of this limits refunds required by law.

Before you order.

None of our pies are gluten-free. Frozen pies are unbaked. Ask us about ingredients or allergies before ordering rather than after. Availability follows the season.
